Ohio Police Arrest 2 in Illegal Poker Game

Police officers in Middletown, Ohio have arrested two people suspected of illegal gambling.

Bryan Tillet, 30 and Jonathan Herald, 23 were arrested Monday evening facing misdemeanor gambling charges as reported by Middletown police Lt. Rodney Muterspaw.

Reports suggest that both men were dealing poker games Monday in a former Ponderosa Steakhouse and were allegedly taking part of the pot.

Both men face first degree misdemeanor charges and will be arraigned today in a Middletown Municipal Court.
