Mega Win in EuroMillions Mega Lottery

Last week in Great Britain was marked with the appearance of one more millionaire. This great thing happened thanks to multinational lottery EuroMillions that is known for the ability to multiply rich men with admirable consistency. 

Purchasing a lottery ticket for £2 a resident of the United Kingdom could not even think of hitting a Friday jackpot and winning an enormous amount of money in the sum of £61,1 million thus changing his life drastically. The lottery organisers – Camelot Group Ltd. reported to the mass media that this jackpot was the fourth won during 2025 by a Briton, and the winner of a lucky ticket became the 10^th in the top list of EuroMillions lottery through its whole history. The winner managed not just to make a good shot at five numbers of a Friday lottery (01; 21; 26; 40; 50), but also to combine two “superpositions” - 02 and 04.      

Apart from a jackpot there were 5 more winning tickets with the combined prize money of £1 million. It’s worth mentioning that the other three winners also live in Great Britain. They decided not to disclose their names, but in April they won £51,8 million; in the beginning of February - £24,7 million; and at the end of February - £24,5 million more. The record-breaking jackpot of EuroMillions was hit in April of 2011 by Christine and Colin Weir from the town of Largo in Northern Ayrshire.  

While these British people are thinking what to do with this unexpected prize, an American winner of «100X the Money» lottery who last year hit the jackpot in the sum of $3 million made quite a weird decision in regards to this money. 

Normally a person who becomes a millionaire in a blink changes his life for the better once and for all. He or she can make any dream true – be it a purchase of an island in the Caribbean Sea, or the best possible education followed by business opening, etc. But for a 45-year old Ronnie Music, Jr. the life dream was something totally different. Working as a foreman in Georgia he always wanted to become a drug lord and a gangster. 

The Ministry of Justice of the state of Georgia reported that at the end of last year the junk squad paid attention to the group of people suspecting them of metamfitamine distribution (it’s a drastic psychotropic substance). During a special operation there was arrested a group of people, and among the suspects was a local “celebrity” – the winner of «100X the Money» R. Music, Jr. who tried to sell 5,5 kg. of the “product” worth $500,000.00.  

During the investigation process there were found drugs in the value of $1 million, about $600,000.00 in cash, and a dozen of stolen lux style cars all belonging to Ronnie’s gang. Local papers reported that Music’s criminal business reached its full circle, and even now it’s hard to estimate the total amount of the money that was earned. It would be funny if it weren’t so sad – this gang members are likely to serve a life sentence in prison.   

So, sometimes unbelievable winning stories turn into unfortunate scenarios for detective stories.
